My room had cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar, and tea/coffee making equipment. the staff was excellent and helped me with my baggage. - the location of the guest house was great, just a short walk from an art gallery.

the room was good sized with a big bathroom and views of city. the location was excellent in a tourist area, so close to the center of florence and the tourist things to do in the area and popular places of interest.

Our experience here was fairly nice! We were there for 2 days, everything was nice, appreciated its magnificent location near central train station, Florence attractions, and buses. The staff was very very helpful, and the service was great.

Check-in was easy at the nearby Hotel Berne. the room, located in a separate building, was clean and comfortable, with fast WiFi. the location was perfect, as we could easily explore Florence on foot, thanks to its proximity to major attractions. The staff was friendly and even though they couldn't offer a late checkout, they provided a secure storage space for our luggage. 👍.

Nothing is perfect.

My recent stay at Daphne Guest House was exceptional. The location was excellent, with the train station just a stone's throw away, making it convenient for travelers like myself. The inside of the hotel was beautifully remodeled and had a modern look, which was a pleasant surprise in such an older building.

While my stay was overall great, there was some noise at night due to the street cleaning trucks running around midnight. The narrow streets of Florence seemed to amplify the noise, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.
