A terrific base in Florence
The location could not be better—just a quick walk to the attractions and the train station. The staff was exceptionally kind, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Additionally, the bathrooms could use brighter lighting.

The Junior Suite offered spacious comfort that made unwinding easy after exploring the city. The proximity to major attractions was a key highlight, making it convenient for sightseeing.
The rumbling shook the room and started around 8:00 AM, which was less than ideal for rest. The entrance to the room floors lacked a cute feel and could use more attention. Lastly, the bed was too soft for my taste, which might not suit everyone.

We had a spacious Family Suite that fit our large group perfectly. The location was just right, a quick stroll from everything the city has to offer. My kids loved being so close to the historical center, and the staff was genuinely friendly.
