the room was good sized with a big bathroom and views of city. the location was excellent in a tourist area, so close to the center of florence and the tourist things to do in the area and popular places of interest.

Our experience here was fairly nice! We were there for 2 days, everything was nice, appreciated its magnificent location near central train station, Florence attractions, and buses. The staff was very very helpful, and the service was great.

The Junior Suite offered spacious comfort, made unwinding easy after exploring the city. The proximity to major attractions was a key highlight.
The rumbling shook the room and started around 8:00 AM, less than ideal for rest. The entrance to the room floors lacked a cute feel and could use more attention. Lastly, the bed was too soft for my taste, which might not suit everyone.

We had a spacious Family Suite that fit our large group perfectly. The location was just right, a quick stroll from everything the city has to offer. My kids loved being so close to the historical center, and the staff was genuinely friendly.
